Shipping is provided via Canada Post. Most items ship within 48 hours depending on fluctuating Stock levels. Tracking is provided once order is shipped. 

For the time being Shipping is only being processed for Newfoundland and Labrador. Orders from the rest of Canada will be refunded at this time. No products will be shipped. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Returns of sealed food products are accepted within 1 week (7 days) of receiving product with return shipping paid by customer. Store credit will be offered for returned products that have no signs of tampering or damage. They must be returned in unopened, new condition. We cannot resell food products but will be used for quality control management. 

We do not Pay Return shipping costs.

Refunds are not offered for orders instead we offer store credit at our discretion.
